Before anything is agreed, a call to settle whether the project and the working relationship are right. The fee follows the brief.
02 · Interviews
I run the interviews personally, virtually, on a platform that permits recording. All interviews are recorded and transcribed. They reach beyond you to the people the story needs, with your approval: family, leadership team, early employees, figures from any era of your life that earns a place.
03 · Research
Drawn from the documents you make available: legal findings not under privilege, company materials, the records the story rests on.
04 · Manuscript
The book is written, then I do the line and copy edit on the result. Developmental shaping happens inside the writing, with you, as needed. No hand-off, no loss of voice. Typical length runs 60,000 to 75,000 words.
05 · Confidentiality
Confidentiality of all interview content is maintained throughout. One archival copy of working materials is retained solely to defend the book against a claim, under the same confidentiality obligations.
06 · Production
My responsibility ends at the production-ready manuscript. As a white-glove inclusion at no extra charge, I serve as your liaison with the hybrid publisher and will help you choose one. Amazon KDP is available as an add-on. Guidance through self-publishing is a separate paid add-on.
